Great first experience. Was not sure what to expect, but Isabel was great and made me feel at ease she explained the full process and showed me videos of what my treatment will be. Have not seen results yet as it’s day 1 but looks looking forward to seeing results and having a few more sessions of HIFU.

I have been attending the clinic for HIFU full face, neck and decolletage treatment and Radio frequency facial skin lifts in-between. The treatment is carried out by Aleksandra who is fantastic. She makes you feel relaxed and at ease and I always feel confident in her treatment. The price of the treatment is a lot less then other clinics in the Nottingham area with fabulous results 😀 I highly recommend both the clinic and Aleksandra for all treatments available.

Today, I attended my follow-up appointment for the cavitation. I received fat freezing with 5 applicators almost a week ago. I am pleased to report positive results, having already lost several centimeters in just a few days. I have arranged my next fat freezing session and am eager to witness further progress. I had my session with Rayanna (VIVO body Portland Square). She is the absolute best, she works in a very professional, clean and clinical manner, is very informative and makes you feel completely relaxed with the treatments that you are going to receive. I had the Hifu treatment full face, neck and décolletage. She described exactly what was happening, as it happened, and even showed me an example of how it works when I was trying to understand the technical side of it. Other than being so professional, she is lovely to talk to, and just makes the whole experience so relaxing and pleasurable for you. I was back at Vivo, under a recommendation from Rayanna after my first treatments with her went so well, she has now recommended and devised a plan to help me with tightening certain parts of body, so I will be rebooking in November thanks to her new recommendations. As a single mum, I don’t get the opportunity to workout etc as I used to and pregnancy really took a toll on my body creating wobbles and frumps that I can’t seem to shift. Whilst I appreciate that that does happen and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, I used to be a bit of a “gym bunny” and much more toned so it’s really knocked my confidence. So when I saw these non-invasive treatments going at such a reasonable price, from a company with an Excellent trustpilot score, I figured I’d give it a go. I can’t remember the name of the woman who treated me (so sorry, I think it was Gena but I could be wrong – I’m terrible with names) but she was so lovely and friendly. She really made me comfortable and took care to explain everything clearly, making sure I was confident in the treatments and relaxed. The clinic was easy to find, professional and clinically clean. The processes themselves were mostly comfortable, with the freezing a little pinchy at first but then I found it to be quite soothing. I even read my book during the procedure. Nothing unexpected happened, I have some bruising on my back but I was informed previously that could happen so I’m not concerned. I also had the cellulite treatment, and neck and eye treatments – all of which were comfortable. I’m looking forward to seeing results as time goes on with future treatments and have even joined their membership for further discounts and deals. Thank you so much, Vivo!

Overall service is great!! Initially did a course for fat freezing which my body didn’t respond well to! However, they helped me fix my body issue by recommending me another service which worked very well with my body. I consistently go back to do the Ultrasonic cavitation and it’s been amazing!!

Had my very first visit to VIVO Glasgow tonight, and tried 3 different treatments I hadn’t tried before, I was actually a bit nervous, but they were completely fine and pain free…!!! I didn’t know what to expect and I was worried about the pain, but it was fine, no pain. And Cherie is now my new best friend!!!! Hahahaha. She’s such an amazing human. We had such a laugh, I felt so relaxed and liked her straight away. What a wee ray of sunshine. Looking forward to having weekly visits just to see her wee face!!!

Never had fat freezing before and tried 4 paddles/handles… although results take a wee while I’m feeling good and probably just me but I think I’m seeing a positive difference already. Taylor was our …my husband went as well….specialist. Well she was just great. Knowledgeable and experienced taking us through the detail of the procedure and what will happen pre, during and post procedure. She made us feel very comfortable, her customer focus was great. I felt relaxed and looked after. Thoroughly recommend and if you get Taylor looking after you that’s a real bonus.
