I had the pleasure of being looked after Taylor (Glasgow) who made me feel at ease and comfortable from the second I walked in. Taylor explained everything in great detail – which for me was ideal as I had no idea of the treatment and just wanted something to help me be happy with myself, taylor had all the options and explanations for me and helped make a decision of what was best for me and what I wanted. Taylor talked me through it all before, during and after the treatments which made me feel very comfortable and extremely happy to leave my care in her hands and I am happy to commit to this journey and excited too 😊

Taylor was absolutely brilliant. I was a little nervous before my appointment, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured. She took her time, answered all my questions and made the whole experience feel relaxed and positive.

Cherie is the loveliest lady and always so helpful. Always so bubbly and smiley, keeping the mood right during the treatments. She knows how to answer any question and exactly where to redirect you while also offerings extras that may suit your liking. The treatments are super relaxing and feel so refreshing. Definitely recommend.

I had my second treatment of the hyfu facial and it was fantastic again. I loved the heat treatment around my eyes so relaxing!!
