Appointment & Cancellations
All staff at Fat Freezing have been trained and authorised in accordance with the treatment protocols of the company, and thus Fat Freezing does not necessarily provide continued treatment with a specifically named staff member.
In the event that you will not be able to attend your in-clinic appointment, you are required to provide a notice 48 hours in advance. A £30 cancellation fee is applicable is you fail to provide us with this notice. In addition, payments for all future treatments must be settled in advance.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the clinic where your appointment is scheduled and speak to a member of the Fat Freezing team. We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via voicemail.
To ensure that all necessary paperwork can be completed, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or your appointment may be forfeited. We will make every effort to keep your appointment on schedule, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays or cancellations. If this occurs, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment with little notice or cancel it.
Before your appointment, we will provide you with any necessary preparation instructions. It is important that you follow these guidelines to ensure the success of your treatment. If you do not follow the instructions, your appointment may be cancelled, your treatment time may be reduced, or additional fees may be charged.
If you have paid for a treatment in advance and wish to cancel, we will not provide a refund. However, you may use the payment towards another treatment at our clinic.
Credit Card Details, Payments and Deposits
When booking an appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Unless you have already paid for your treatment, the remaining balance must be paid in full by cash or card on the day of your appointment following the procedure.
If you choose to pay for your treatment in advance, this payment is non-refundable unless you are deemed medically unsuitable and can provide a doctor’s note.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you do not show up for your appointment or decide not to proceed with the treatment after a consultation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Treatment Suitability
Before any treatment is carried out, we will always evaluate whether it is suitable and likely to be successful for you. If we determine that the treatment is not suitable, we will provide an explanation. In this case, you will only be responsible for the cost of the initial consultation, if applicable.
Refusal of Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatments without reservation, including in events where you failed to disclose any medical conditions that could prevent you from undergoing the treatment. In such cases, you may be charged in full for the cancellation.
Liability
Fat Freezing will not be held responsible in contract, tort, or otherwise for any financial loss (including loss of profit without limitation) or any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from, or in connection with, the provision of any goods and/or services offered to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide Fat Freezing with all relevant medical history and pre-existing medical conditions prior to each treatment. Failure to disclose such information may result in personal injury and Fat Freezing will not be held liable.
By receiving a treatment, the client agrees to follow all instructions and recommendations given by Fat Freezing or its agents regarding the care of the treated area. However, Fat Freezing will not be exempt from liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence or that of its agents.
Customer related issues
In the event that you experience issues with our service, you may email us via our online contact form. Please bear in mind that emails may require up to 5 working days to be actioned.
Special Offers / Vouchers
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and only apply to the regular retail price (RRP). When a voucher is used to make a booking, that voucher becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your voucher. To reschedule or amend your voucher booking, a 48-hour notice is required. Management decisions are final and cannot be disputed.
Receiving Emails / Letters from Third Party Businesses
Fat Freezing and its associated directors reserve the right to charge a fee for responding to letters or emails, or for providing requested documentation to third parties such as solicitors, image agencies, and government bodies. The amount of the fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you initiate contact, you or the company you represent agree to these terms and conditions and accept the charges that may be invoiced to you or the company acting on your behalf, including but not limited to solicitors.
Deposits
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment, you will not be refunded your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases of absence except medical reasons for which you were unable to attend your appointment.
Form Submissions
Your details will be stored in the company’s secure database once you submit an enquiry via the online form on our website.
You may be sent offers and news from Fat Freezing occasionally – you may opt out of receiving these messages at any time using the link provided in the email.
Fat Freezing will never share your details stored in our database with any third party.
The Law
The terms and condition stated above are subject to have jurisdiction in the United Kingdom’s courts.
