Ultrasonic Fat MeltingFat Reduction - Includes Supersonic Cavitation, Radiofrequency Fat Melting & Radiofrequency Skin Tightening
More Information
The quantity of fat that is removed through the course of a single session is dependent on the patient’s body’s reaction to ultrasound.
As every person is different, the amount of fat removed also varies.
This study suggests that Ultrasound Cavitation can successfully help shed about 1.5cm of fat following a single treatment.
Like the quantity of fat reduced per session, the number of sessions required for the most successful results also depends on the individual undergoing the treatment.
On average, most people are able to achieve the best results following only 3 to 6 in-clinic sessions.
Each in-clinic procedure must be booked 4 to 7 days apart from the last to reduce the chances of fat reabsorption.
The most common and only side of this treatment is mild redness in the area that has been treated.
The redness usually vanishes fairly quickly.
Ultrasound Cavitation is not painful.
In fact, it is notable for its relaxing sensation. The sensation of the in-clinic procedure is commonly described as being similar to that of a hot stone massage.
Ultrasound Cavitation is a fully non-surgical treatment. Thus, there are no incisions or needle pricks or anaesthetics to worry about.
In short, there is nothing to recover from after the procedure has been performed.
As soon as your treatment is done at our clinical facility, you will be able to resume your daily activities.
Before you begin your treatment sessions, it is important to avoid getting or inadvertently developing a tan.
Tanned skin tends to be over-sensitive to ultrasound.
Thus, if you do end up with a tan, we request that you book the clinical sessions at least three days after the tan has worn off to minimise risks and achieve the best results.
Patients are advised to stay sufficiently hydrated and continue drinking plenty of fluids when having the treatment done.
Doing so will help the glycerol and fatty acids, released from the fat cells, metabolise in an appropriate manner.
A balanced diet is also strongly recommended during the treatment as well as following its conclusions to maximise the longevity of the results.
Not drinking alcoholic beverages for at least three days after the procedure is also an essential part of the aftercare routine. Doing so enables the liver to process the removed fats more effectively.
