Joanne was very welcoming and put me completely at ease ahead of my HiFu facial. The treatment seemed longer and more thorough than my first HiFu facial and I could feel a tighter jawline straight away. Looking forward to seeing the results in the coming days and weeks

As a single mum, I don’t get the opportunity to workout etc as I used to and pregnancy really took a toll on my body creating wobbles and frumps that I can’t seem to shift. Whilst I appreciate that that does happen and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, I used to be a bit of a “gym bunny” and much more toned so it’s really knocked my confidence. So when I saw these non-invasive treatments going at such a reasonable price, from a company with an Excellent trustpilot score, I figured I’d give it a go. I can’t remember the name of the woman who treated me (so sorry, I think it was Gena but I could be wrong – I’m terrible with names) but she was so lovely and friendly. She really made me comfortable and took care to explain everything clearly, making sure I was confident in the treatments and relaxed. The clinic was easy to find, professional and clinically clean. The processes themselves were mostly comfortable, with the freezing a little pinchy at first but then I found it to be quite soothing. I even read my book during the procedure. Nothing unexpected happened, I have some bruising on my back but I was informed previously that could happen so I’m not concerned. I also had the cellulite treatment, and neck and eye treatments – all of which were comfortable. I’m looking forward to seeing results as time goes on with future treatments and have even joined their membership for further discounts and deals. Thank you so much, Vivo!

Too early to tell how my treatment worked but can definitely see quite a difference. Jo was my consultant who was friendly and experienced. My friend told me that she lost 2 stone. She said that the place was clean and the people were very friendly. I phoned on Monday morning, and had appointment by 3:30 the same day. Jo was very helpful, polite and lovely to have as a consultant. I hope to be having another go maybe next month? Was great I recommend the place
